About Andrew
At XP Dorset 2025, Andrew will lead one of the “Hidden Opportunities” workshops, focusing on accessibility and inclusion in hospitality.
Andrew is the Founder of Send Me 2 Work, enables businesses & organisations create disability confident and neuro-inclusive workspace through employer training, coaching, consultancy and accessibility audits.
His mission is to show businesses that inclusion isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s also good for business.
With a background that combines recruitment and advocacy, Andrew works with organisations to identify where small changes can make a big difference. He understands both the commercial pressures businesses face and the human difference that inclusive practices can make.
Session theme – Accessibility as opportunity
In his XP Dorset 2025 workshop, Andrew will show why inclusion is not just about compliance, but about creating better businesses. He’ll share examples of workplaces that have grown stronger through accessible design and inclusive hiring, and will guide teams on:
- How small changes can open the door to more customers and staff
- Why accessibility improves service for everyone, not just those with specific needs
- Where to start if your business wants to do more but isn’t sure how
His session will be interactive and practical, giving hospitality teams steps they can take straight away.
