About Lyndsey

Lyndsey brings close to twenty years of experience in leisure, hospitality and holiday park operations. Over that time she has worked across international travel, on-resort guest operations and multi-park management.

Before joining Metpow, she held roles at TUI, Awaze UK, Pipers Farm and Crealy Theme Park & Resort. In these positions she managed holiday home sales, owner relationships, corporate bookings and group events. She also supported teams with day to day guest experience on busy family resorts.

Alongside this, she founded LC Lodge & Holiday Park Consultancy to support independent park owners. Through this work she helps owners refine their vision, improve operations and shape better experiences for guests and owners.

Because of this background, Lyndsey understands the real pressures facing parks. Rising costs, changing guest expectations, ageing infrastructure and compliance rules are all part of the picture. She knows how these factors affect teams on the ground as well as the bottom line.

Today at Metpow she works directly with operators to help them manage these challenges. She focuses on real-time monitoring, clearer charging and smarter energy management across the whole site. In turn, this gives parks more control, fewer disputes and a better experience for guests and owners alike.

Metpow

Smart utility management for leisure, marinas and events

Metpow helps holiday parks, marinas and event venues take control of their utilities. It does this through real-time electricity monitoring, clear pricing and simple guest payments.

The platform combines Rolec’s trusted metering hardware with an easy to use cloud dashboard. As a result, operators gain live visibility over usage and can control supply remotely. They also have tools to stay compliant with Ofgem’s Maximum Resale Price rules.

Guests benefit as well. They can use virtual wallets, receive low-balance alerts and top up quickly through Apple Pay or Google Pay. This makes payments faster, clearer and less stressful during their stay.

At the same time, operators see clearer data, fewer billing disputes and stronger cost control on every pitch or bollard. Because 100% of metered energy is carbon-offset through the system, Metpow also supports sustainability goals. Utility management becomes not only more efficient but also a positive part of the guest experience.
