About Paul
Paul leads the Tozers’ Parks team, and we are the national legal advisers to the British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA). With decades of experience, Paul provides strategic legal guidance to park businesses, helping them navigate complex regulatory changes and seize new opportunities. His expertise spans key areas such as consumer contract law, dispute resolution, data protection and the Mobile Homes Act. He has also supported the BH&HPA’s judicial review work.
A regular contributor to industry publications and speaker at events, Paul is dedicated to raising awareness of important legal developments within the sector. He works closely with park businesses to help them manage risks and ensure strong representation in legal disputes.
Having worked in the Parks sector for over 30 years I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges that our clients face and take great pride in being able to support park owners and managers in the day-to-day running of their businesses.
