Richard is Omar Group’s Special Projects Director; a major part of his role is to head up Omar Park Development Services.
Omar Park Development Services is a division of Omar which aims to support and stimulate the market by using Richard, the Omar team and a specially assembled panel of experts to advise parks.
Richard has an almost unique knowledge of the park industry having held senior roles with a number of large park groups such as Tingdene Parks, Britannia Parks and Regency Park Life Group as well as having worked for manufacturers such as Wessex Park & Leisure Homes and Tingdene Homes.
At XP, Richard will be joining the holiday home sales panel and sharing insight from his years of expertise working in the sector.
