Fiona Kelly

Fiona has over 30 years’ experience within the UK Holiday Park industry and heads up the Holiday Park area within The Ruth Badger Consultancy. Her passion is in improving and growing owner led parks.

Fiona started out as a trainee sales advisor in a corporate group before working her way up to Board level in the largest group in Scotland. Incredibly experienced in creating growth, Fiona was accountable for driving revenues in excess of £15 million during her 7 years with the group.

Enjoying the balance between being hands on and operating at a senior level, Fiona thrives being amongst sales teams implementing sales strategies and increasing performance. An expert at sales process and compliance Fiona has trained many people over the years and enjoys the challenges that park management presents.

Lawrence Neale

Lawrence is a data, reporting and automation expert, and some could, say geek. With over 30 years’ experience working with data in various industries, he has a wealth of knowledge in terms of how to get the most out of any dataset.

For the last four years he has been predominantly focused on data specific to the Holiday Park market. In that time Lawrence has completed projects focused on Operations, Reservations, Holiday Home Sales, Dynamic Pricing and Customer Analysis to name a few.

As a result, you will be hard pushed to meet anybody who has a better understanding of data in this market and how it can all link together for exceptional results.
