GemaPark and Holidaymaker Launch New Rebooking Integration for Parks

We’re excited to announce a deeper integration between Holidaymaker and GemaPark, giving holiday parks and short stay accommodation providers even more control over guest rebookings, upgrades, and loyalty offers within their own branded experience.

This latest update means that any client using GemaPark and Holidaymaker can now prompt guests to rebook – mid-stay, post-stay or even before arrival. Guests stay fully within their own branded ecosystem, while our platforms work together in the background.

With this new integration, GemaPark clients benefit from Holidaymaker’s guest-facing tools, without sacrificing their own brand. Whether a guest is browsing offers, tapping to upgrade, or receiving a personalised push notification mid-stay, the interaction feels natural, intuitive, and venue-led.

Behind the scenes, Holidaymaker and GemaPark sync rebooking logic to make the process seamless. In fact, GemaPark already supports an automatic rebooking discount, meaning that if a guest is logged in, they’ll receive the relevant offer with no need to enter a code. It’s effortless for guests and powerful for operators.
