We started working with Tracy Scranage the Business Development Manager, in 2019 and launched their holidaymaker app soon after. As you will see from the photos of this multi-award winning park their guests have a lot of fun whilst they are on-park – with two swimming pools, flume and a packed entertainment schedule.
More recently Tracy has been keen to discover how they can expand the guest offering by developing an exclusive holidaymaker loyalty scheme. The Lady’s Mile Activity Passport contains over 30 special offers for on-park activities, food and beverage menus, as well as local attractions.
Exclusive Guest Deals
The Activity Passport (along with the individual offers) is available via their park app – but is only visible to guests that have made a booking.
Tracy says, “It was important to us to only make the Activity Passport available to our paying guests and make them feel extra special. When we realised we could deliver this level of loyalty through the app we were delighted.”
“We have worked hard to arrange exclusive money-off deals with several local partners, and we display specific discount codes within the app, so that we can measure their use and popularity.
